Bank of Khyber invites bids from qualified firms and companies for procurement of consultancy services to review Human Resource Policies and Manuals of the Bank. This is a single stage two envelope tender process under the KPPRA rules of procurement for consulting services. The tender is advertised through the newly introduced EPADS (Electronic Procurement and Announcement Dissemination System) with E-Tender Number K-26050661054. The Bank of Khyber, headquartered in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, seeks experienced consultants to provide comprehensive review and recommendations for the Bank's HR frameworks and policy documentation to ensure alignment with current best practices and regulatory requirements.
Interested firms and companies must be registered and eligible to undertake consultancy assignments in Pakistan. All bidders are required to meet the minimum qualification criteria and technical requirements as specified in the tender document. The last date for submission of bids is June 8, 2026 at 1030 hours, with tender opening on the same day at 1100 hours.
