Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites proposals through the PPRA System of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) from eligible bidders for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of miscellaneous laboratory equipment under Package No. 19, Lot-K-Item-2, specifically a urine analyzer on DDP basis for the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment and Research in Lahore, Punjab. The estimated project cost is PKR 24,000,000 with a bid security of PKR 180,000, representing a significant investment in medical diagnostic infrastructure for oncology treatment and research facilities.
All interested bidders are required to register on EPADS to be eligible for participation in this procurement. Bidders must possess relevant technical qualifications and comply with PPRA Rules 2004 as amended. The bid validity period is 180 days from the date of bid submission, and the bidding procedure follows open competitive bidding methodology ensuring transparency and fair competition among qualified vendors with proven experience in laboratory equipment supply and installation.
Technical and financial proposals prepared in accordance with the RFP document instructions must be submitted on EPADS on or before 8 June 2024 at 03:30 PM, with technical proposals opening on the same day at 04:00 PM.
