Description / Scope of Work
Medical Emergency Resilience-Foundation (MERF), a Pakistan-based NGO registered under SECP, invites sealed bids for the supply of kits under an ACF-funded project. The procurement encompasses two categories of kits: Clean Delivery Kits and New Born Kits, with detailed specifications to be provided in the tender documents. Interested manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors possessing valid NTN and GST registration are eligible to participate in this transparent tender procurement process. Eligible bidders must hold valid NTN (National Tax Number) and GST (General Sales Tax) registrations to qualify for participation. The deadline for tender document collection is Wednesday 10th June 2026, after which no requests will be entertained. Sealed bids and proposals must be submitted by Monday 15th June 2026 at 1700 Hours to the Logistics Department (MERF) at the same Islamabad address.
