The Defence Housing Authority Islamabad Rawalpindi invites bids for an open auction of rental commercial properties located at prime and high-demand locations within the DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi development. The procurement includes commercial shops, kiosks, canteens, commercial spaces and residential apartments available for lease. Properties are situated across multiple sectors including DHA Phase I, DHA Phase II, DHA Phase IV and DHA Phase V, with areas ranging from 80 to 3,785 square feet and monthly reserved rents varying from 15,000 to 400,500 Pakistani Rupees. The total procurement scope encompasses multiple commercial units strategically positioned to attract retail and service-oriented businesses in one of Pakistan's most sought-after residential communities.
Bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria and are required to submit advance rent for four months, a security deposit equivalent to two months rent, and an annual rent increment of ten percent. Bid security of one month's rent is refundable, establishing financial commitment and protecting the integrity of the auction process.
