Description / Scope of Work
Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan invites sealed bids from well-reputed and registered firms for the supply and provision of three items: Answer Books estimated at 0.9 million rupees, Hydraulic Trolley valued at 1.9575 million rupees, and LED equipment costing 2.00 million rupees, with a combined tender value of 4.8575 million rupees. The tender is issued by the Office of the Director, Purchase and Store under reference number GU-DGK/Proc/T06/2025-26 for procurement within Punjab province.
Intending bidders must be certified dealers or distributors of well-reputed manufacturers, with preference given to indigenous or Pakistani company products. Bidders are required to submit a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a Demand Draft or CDR in favor of the Treasurer, Ghazi University D.G. Khan, or deposited into the University Account number 0010044238650022 at Allied Bank, Azmat Road Branch, D.G. Khan. All supplied material must be brand new and strictly conform to given specifications; old, reconditioned, or refurbished materials are not acceptable. The validity of offered prices should be minimum 90 days from the date of tender opening.
Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Director of Purchase and Store or downloaded from the university website www.gudgk.edu.pk on or before 08-06-2026 up to 10:00 AM. Bidders shall submit their profiles including technical and financial bids online through the E-PADS portal, with hard copies of technical and financial bids along with bid security submitted separately to the procuring agency. A Single Stage Two Envelopes bidding procedure will be adopted as per PPRA Rules 38-2(a). The date of receiving and opening bids is 08-06-2026 at 10:00 AM with opening at 10:30 AM.
