Description / Scope of Work
THQ Hospital Burewala invites eligible bidders, firms and contractors registered with the Income Tax Department to participate in the auction of parking services and canteen facilities for the financial year 2026-2027. The auction comprises two tenders: tender 01/2026 for auction of parking services along with provision of eight quadagar persons with a reserve price of PKR 450,000 per month plus applicable taxes; and tender 02/2026 for auction of canteen services with a reserve price of PKR 310,000 per month plus tax. Both tenders are being conducted by the hospital administration in Punjab and are open to all eligible bidders meeting the prescribed criteria.
Only firms and registered individuals holding a valid category-A license are eligible to participate in the parking auction. Original category-A license is compulsory for participation. Bidders must register as suppliers on the EPADS platform (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System) at https://Punjab.eproc.gov.pk to access bidding documents. The procurement will be carried out through Open Competitive Bidding following the Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 as amended. Bid security for parking services is PKR 550,000 valid for 120 days, while for canteen services it is PKR 370,000. Successful bidders must submit 34 percent of the annual amount in advance within five days of auction, with remaining 33 percent payable in two equal installments on December 26 and March 27.
Technical bids shall be opened online on EPAD on June 6, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bidders must submit original CDR or pay order along with demand draft from a scheduled bank, submitted one hour before bid opening. Bidding documents and detailed terms and conditions are available on the PPRA website at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/. Interested bidders can contact the Medical Superintendent's office or visit the hospital website for further information. Submission of false information or fake documents will result in disqualification and black listing recommendation to PPRA.
