Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Layyah invites electronic bids for the purchase of furniture items during the fiscal year 2025-26. The procurement covers office tables, computer tables, sofa sets (05 seater), office chairs (cane knitted and poshish), computer/revolving chairs, side/book racks, wooden benches, and central tables with an estimated total value of Rs. 5,775,274 and 3% bid security of Rs. 173,258. This single-stage one-envelope tender is being conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2022 for the judicial office located in Layyah, Punjab.
Eligible firms, contractors, companies, and general order suppliers meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria are invited to participate in this tender. Bidders must comply with the technical specifications provided in the tender documents and submit their bids electronically through the E-PADS system. The bid security of 3% of the estimated amount must be submitted as per procurement regulations. All bidders are required to furnish an affidavit and technical documentation as specified in the tender annexes.

Electronic bids must be submitted via E-PADS platform and will be publicly opened on 08.06.2026 at 11:30 AM at the office of the District & Sessions Judge, Layyah.
