Description / Scope of Work
The District Administration Multan invites electronic bids from experienced and competent contractors registered with tax authorities for the procurement and hiring of services including surveillance equipment, CCTV cameras, walkthrough gates, tentage, catering and food services, and transportation arrangements during the upcoming Muharram-Ul-Haram and Chehlum 2026 in Multan, Punjab. The procurement follows the Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 and PPRA Rules 2014 as amended. This tender encompasses multiple service categories required for managing large-scale religious gatherings and events in the district.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and are required to submit a bid security equivalent to 3% of the estimated procurement cost. Government-owned enterprises may participate only if they are legally and financially autonomous and operate under commercial law. Bidders must not be under declaration of blacklisting by any Government department or the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority. The successful bidder shall furnish a performance guarantee of 5% of the total contract value before issuance of the supply order. All quoted rates must be in Pakistani Rupees and inclusive of all applicable taxes.

Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS by 08.06.2026 at 11:30 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 12:00 PM. Original hard copy bid security in the form of a CDR in favor of the Deputy Commissioner, Multan, must be submitted before the e-bid deadline.
