COMSATS University Islamabad invites sealed envelope e-bids through EPADS 2.0 (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk) for the auction of surplus vehicles on an as-is and where-is basis. The auction is open to Pakistani nationals possessing valid CNIC and tax filer status. Vehicles can be physically inspected at COMSATS University Islamabad, Park Road, Islamabad, Monday through Thursday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. This procurement is advertised under Auction Notice No. CUI-PS/26(05)/2626(II) and represents an opportunity for qualified bidders to acquire vehicles through a transparent, competitive bidding process. The location is Islamabad, Federal Pakistan.
Bidders must submit bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Draft drawn in favor of COMSATS University Islamabad (FTN/NTN: 9013701-9), with hard copies submitted physically before the closing date and time. The price offered on EPADS is inclusive of Government Auction Tax of 10%. Bidders must be tax filers with valid CNIC documentation. Bid security for unsuccessful bids will be forfeited if the winner fails to deposit the full amount within 05 working days of auction approval. Non-submission of physical bid security documents will result in disqualification.
The closing date and time for submission of proposals on EPADS 2.0 is June 16, 2026 at 3:00 pm. Winners must deposit the full auction amount within 05 working days, and vehicles shall be handed over within 03 working days after full deposit in the CUI account. Transfer of ownership must be completed within fifteen days at the purchaser's sole responsibility, with no financial liability towards CUI regarding token taxes, duties, penalties, or excise charges. The NOC will be issued by CUI in the successful bidder's name.
