Description / Scope of Work
The National Highway Authority (NHA), under the Ministry of Communications, Government of Pakistan, invites e-bids from prospective bidders for the hiring of operation, management and maintenance (OM&M) services for 39 packages of permanent weight stations located on national highways and motorways across Pakistan till 30 June 2027. The procurement scope includes comprehensive OM&M services to be provided on a federal basis covering multiple routes and locations as specified in the tender documentation. This is a significant infrastructure support contract aimed at ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of permanent weighing facilities on Pakistan's national road network.
Bidders must possess valid National Tax Number (NTN) certificates and maintain active tax payer status with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Participants must have no history of NHA revenue default, and must not have been blacklisted or debarred by any government agency. The bidding process follows single state-two envelopes procedure, and bid security requirements apply as per standard NHA regulations.
