Description / Scope of Work
The Regional Tax Office, Islamabad invites sealed electronic bids from GST and Income Tax registered firms for the purchase of computer stationary items on a least-cost basis during the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is being conducted for the Regional Tax Office located at Plot No. 21-B, Mauve Area, G-9/1, Islamabad, Federal Province, through a single-stage single-envelope electronic bidding method via the EPADS (Electronic Procurement and Auction System) platform. Interested firms are required to submit their bids in both hard and soft copy format by 09-06-2026 at 11:00 am, with bid opening scheduled for 11:30 am the same day at Room No. 504, 5th Floor, RTO, Islamabad.
Eligibility requirements stipulate that bidding firms must be registered on EPADS and possess valid GST and Income Tax registration. Firms must be headquartered in Islamabad or Rawalpindi, or maintain a camp office with a proper shop or stockiest in either city, and demonstrate at least three years of relevant experience in the supply of computer stationary items. Bidders are required to submit an earnest money deposit of PKR 50,000 in the form of a bank draft or pay order made payable to the Additional Commissioner-IR (HQ) Regional Tax Office, Islamabad. The earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded after competent authority approval, while successful bidders' earnest money will be converted into a security deposit.
All bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS with items listed individually and rates clearly indicated including General Sales Tax in Pakistani Rupees. Bid rates must be in computerized or typed format, with handwritten entries also acceptable. Hard copies of bidding documents must be physically submitted to Room No. 504 at the Regional Tax Office, Islamabad, by the specified closing deadline. Bids not submitted by the deadline in both formats will be evaluated as non-responsive and rejected from further consideration.
