Description / Scope of Work
The Health Department, Government of Balochistan, invites sealed competitive bids for the procurement of Medical Equipment and Accessories to support health sector operations. This tender, referenced as TID No. 2626875168581, encompasses forty-eight items with an estimated total cost of PKR 400,354,245. The procurement is being conducted under the Health Sector Reform and Management Unit (HSRMU) program in Balochistan province, with bidding conducted electronically through the SECP's Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS). Only electronic bids will be accepted for this supply contract.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to register with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with a minimum assignment of similar nature and complexity worth PKR 120,000,000 in the preceding three years, along with an active Taxpayer (ATL) valid sales tax certificate. Bidders must possess required ISO certifications and provide manufacturer catalogs with technical specifications and authorization letters. Bid security equivalent to two percent of the bid value must be submitted, and all bidders are required to submit completed undertakings with proper certifications and ISO documentation as specified in the tender documents.
