Pakistan Navy invites pre-qualification applications from contractors and firms for the construction of pre-fabricated infrastructure at VOD Post in the Marines Canal Area, Sujawal, Sindh. This tender, referenced as MFEC/44, is issued by the PN Marines Field Engineering Company (MFEC) headquartered at HQ 301 Creeks Brigade, Sujawal. The project scope involves the design and construction of modular pre-fabricated infrastructure facilities to support naval operations in the Marines Canal area. Pre-qualification applications must be received by the Accepting Officer (OIC MFEC) between 06 June 2026 and 22 June 2026, after which tender documents will be issued only to pre-qualified contractors and firms.
Eligible applicants must be security-cleared firms and contractors registered with government organizations, preferably with the Military Engineering Services (MES) or Ministry of Defence (MoD). All bidders are required to furnish valid Registration Certificates from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), General Sales Tax (GST) registration certificates, and National Tax Number (NTN) certificates. Contractors must demonstrate active taxpayer status and comply with all relevant PPRA procurement regulations. Incomplete applications with missing documentation will not be entertained.
Tender documents with quoted rates and bid amounts must reach the Accepting Officer (OIC MFEC) on 23 June 2026 by 1130 hours for opening at 1200 hours on the same date at HQ 301 Creeks Brigade, Sujawal. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules without obligation to justify rejection grounds.
