Description / Scope of Work
The Mines Labour Welfare Commissionerate, Government of Punjab, located in Lahore, invites pre-qualification applications from contractors and firms for the execution of three major development schemes. The projects include establishment of a Mines Labour Welfare Girls High School at Laharwali Laindi Saidaun in Tehsil Jampur, District Rajanpur; establishment of a 10 bedded Mines Labour Welfare Hospital at Pather Garh in District Attock with an estimated cost of Rs. 880.550 million; and construction of a new building for Mines Labour Welfare Boys High School at Makerwal in District Mianwali. These initiatives form part of the government's commitment to welfare infrastructure for mining communities across Punjab province.
Intending contractors and firms must possess valid registration of category C2 or above with the Pakistan Engineering Council along with relevant building codes to be eligible for submission. The pre-qualification document is available for download from the PPRA e-pad platform and the official website. Company profiles and applications must be submitted through e-pad on or before 07.07.2026 at 11:00 A.M. All applications must be submitted on the prescribed format with required supporting documents, and any submission of false documents or information will result in disqualification and action against the firm as per rules.
The pre-qualification applications will be opened on 07.07.2026 at 11:30 A.M. on e-pad. Submitted documents will be verified by the concerned issuing authority or department. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance under PPRA Rule-35.
