Description / Scope of Work
The District & Sessions Judge office of Zilla Qazi Swat invites sealed tenders through FAPID under single stage, one envelope procedure for the supply and installation of IT equipment and scanners. This procurement is for well reputed firms or bidders registered with the income tax department and reflected in the Active Taxpayer List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The tender reference number is 2459/26. Detailed specifications of the required items are available in the bid solicitation documents. The procurement aims to equip the judiciary office in Swat with necessary information technology infrastructure.
Bidders must be registered firms authorized dealers with sales and income tax departments. Bid security of 2% of the total bid amount must be submitted as Earnest Money security deposit with tenders in the shape of CDR in favor of District & Sessions Judge, Zilla Qazi Swat. The security deposit shall be retained until satisfactory completion of the tender. Successful bidders will have their bid security returned after approval and finalization of the tender. All applicable taxes shall be deducted at source. The quantity of goods and items can be increased or decreased based on budget availability and prices quoted by the bidders.
Bid documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working day up to June 9, 2026 until 2:00 PM or downloaded from the official website. Online submission of bids on FAPID is mandatory with the deadline on June 9, 2026 at 10:30 AM, and bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM via FAPID.
