A public sector organization in Punjab invites sealed tenders for the construction of an AL marking structure at the rear of Chapal Abarasai. This work is being procured through an open competitive bidding process with an estimated cost of PKR 1,457,259. The tender covers structural work with a contract period as specified in the technical bid documents. The project scope includes construction activities to be completed as per the agreed timeline, with deliverables outlined in the tender schedule. Bidders must be security cleared, enlisted, and prequalified with the relevant department to be eligible for participation in this procurement.
Bidders must submit 1% bid security in the form of CDR or bank guarantee from scheduled banks of Pakistan. The bank guarantee, if submitted instead of CDR, must have an expiry date of at least 8 months from the date of opening; otherwise the bid will be rejected. Bid security must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope clearly marked with the name of work. Tender documents can be obtained during working hours from 0900 to 1500 hours, Monday to Friday, from the office mentioned in the contact section. The tender uses Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure where one envelope contains the technical bid and the other contains the financial proposal, both to be clearly marked.
Tender documents will be issued one day before the bid opening date. Pre-bid meeting and technical submission time is scheduled for 04-06-2026 at 1000 hours, with technical bid opening on 15-06-2026 at 1130 hours and financial bid opening on the same date at 1200 hours. Interested bidders must obtain documents during office hours and submit sealed envelopes at the Director Contracts Post Box No 368, Rawalpindi. Incomplete proposals will not be entertained.
