Description / Scope of Work
The College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) invites quotations from reputable companies for the supply and installation of an 80 kVA generator at the CPSP Regional Centre in Larkana, Punjab. This procurement aims to provide reliable backup power infrastructure for the regional centre's operations. The project scope includes complete supply and professional installation of the generator unit to specified standards and requirements.
Interested bidders must be registered companies with relevant experience in generator supply and installation. Tender documents are available at a non-refundable cost of Rs. 2,500 from three CPSP offices: the headquarters located at 7th Central Street Phase-II, D.H.A Karachi (Phone: 021-99266400-10), the Operation Department at CPSP Regional Centre next to INMOL Hospital, Block-D New Muslim Town Lahore (Phone: 042-99231320-8), and the Operation Department at CPSP Regional Centre P.I.M.S Sector G-8/3 Ravi Road Islamabad (Phone: 051-9262590-1). Quotations must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes containing technical and financial proposals.
Two separate sealed quotations comprising technical and financial bids must reach the Secretary by 15th June, 2026 at 10:45 AM. Tender opening will take place the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders at the CPSP headquarters in Karachi. The management of CPSP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable procurement laws and regulations.
