Description / Scope of Work
The Pak-Italian Burn Centre, NMU, Multan, a procuring agency under the Government of Punjab, invites bids for the procurement of surgical disposables items and related goods under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. The scope of this invitation encompasses the supply and delivery of various surgical disposables as specified in the Technical Specifications and Schedule of Requirements sections of this bid document. The successful bidders will be required to deliver and commission the goods within specified periods and timelines as detailed in the Bid Data Sheet. The procurement is funded through budget allocation from the Government of Punjab and is conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Authority Act 2009 and Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
Eligible bidders must be Original Manufacturers or Sole Agents of Foreign Principals or Sole Importers of Foreign Principals registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities. Joint ventures are not permitted. Bidders must not be associated with firms engaged to provide consultancy services for the preparation of design and specifications. Government-owned enterprises may participate only if duly authorized by the competent authority. Bidders shall not be under blacklisting declaration by any Procuring Agency or by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Blacklisted bidders seeking to execute awarded contracts must provide 100 percent Bank Guarantee against the contract value.
