Municipal Corporation Faisalabad invites prequalification applications from experienced contractors for construction of four commercial and parking plaza projects in Faisalabad, Punjab. The tender encompasses construction work at Amin Pur Bazar Faisalabad with approximate cost of Rs. 399.00 million, Imam Bargah Road Site-A valued at Rs. 250.25 million, Imam Bargah Road Site-B at Rs. 247.90 million, and Karkhana Bazar Rajha side Faisalabad at Rs. 399.00 million. These projects fall under category C-3 or above, with participation limited to contractors renewed under Pakistan Engineering Council for 2025-26 who possess requisite experience in executing similar public sector works. The total project value demonstrates the scale and significance of these infrastructure developments in Faisalabad.
Eligible applicants must register on EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) at https://epaacure.gov.pk to obtain and download the complete prequalification document containing detailed evaluation criteria, technical requirements, and bid conditions. All interested contractors and consultants are mandated to register on the EPADS portal to participate in the tender process. The prequalification document and list of required documentary evidence are available for review on both the PPRA website at https://punjab.eserviceprocure.gov.pk and the PRRA official portal at https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk.
Intending bidders must submit all prequalification documents electronically on EPADS by 08 June 2026 at 11:00 AM. The closing date for submission of RFP prequalification documentation shall be 08/06/2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submission shall not be accepted. Only prequalified firms will be invited to participate in subsequent procurement proceedings. All information regarding the tender evaluation criteria, detailed requirements, terms and conditions, and submission procedures are prescribed under PPRA Rules 2014 with amendments. The prequalification committee reserves the right to pre-qualify, reject any or all applications based on established criteria.
