Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Building Department invites sealed e-tenders from registered Engineering Firms and Contractors for the re-construction of Tehsil Headquarter (THQ) Hospital in Sargodha District, Punjab. This project is valued at 329.387 Million Pakistani Rupees with an estimated cost of Rs. 16,469,350 and is being procured through the PPRA E-Tendering System in compliance with the Privatization Commission Rules (amended). The scope of work encompasses the complete reconstruction of the hospital facility to modern standards in Sargodha, one of Punjab's key urban centers.
All participating contractors and bidders must possess valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and must be registered on the Punjab e-procurement portal at www.punjab.eproc.gov.pk. Bidders are required to upload a scanned copy of their Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) at 5 percent of the estimated cost as per PPRA Rules. The CDR must be issued in the name of the Executive Engineer, Buildings Division Sargodha, and the original document must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee on the same day, half an hour before bid opening. Failure to provide complete tender documents on the PPRA e-tendering portal will result in the contractor being declared non-responsive and ineligible for participation.
Bid documents are available on the PPRA website at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk with the view tender option. The tender closing date is June 10, 2026, and bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM. Contractors should note the Governance Redressal Committee reference SOB-HCA(W)3-16/2017-18 dated 31-07-2024. All financial bids must include DNIT or BQQ entries with complete rate analysis.
