Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites sealed proposals through the EPADS System of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of refrigeration imported equipment (Package No. 28, Lot-A) on a DAP basis for the establishment of a Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-II at G-11, Islamabad, Punjab. The estimated cost of this procurement is approximately PKR 10.6 million with a bid security of PKR 212,000.00 and a bid validity period of 160 days. This project aims to equip the new federal healthcare facility with modern refrigeration systems to support essential medical services.
All interested bidders are required to register on EPADS to be eligible for participation in this tender. Bidders must comply with applicable procurement rules (PPRA 2004) and possess all necessary licenses and certifications for refrigeration equipment supply and installation. The bid security amount of PKR 212,000.00 must be submitted as per the bidding procedure outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents. The bidding method is open competitive bidding, ensuring fair and transparent procurement practices in accordance with PPRA regulations.
Technical and Financial Proposals prepared in accordance with RFP instructions must be submitted on EPADS on or before 11th June 2026, with a deadline of 02:30 PM. Technical Proposals will be opened on the same day at 03:00 PM on EPADS. The response time is calculated exclusively from the publication date on the IDAP website.
