Description / Scope of Work
PIA Holding Company Limited (PIAHCL) invites competitive bids through the EPADS v2.0 e-procurement platform for the provision of Janitorial Services at PIAHCL Building, Egerton Road Lahore (PIA Booking Office Lahore) under an annual contract initially for one year, extendable subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement of the parties. The procurement is open to eligible and experienced firms or organizations registered on EPADS v2.0, with the contract scope covering comprehensive janitorial and cleaning services at the specified location in Lahore, Sindh province.
The procurement process will be conducted through a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure adopting the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and relevant regulations issued by the authority from time to time. All bids must be accompanied by bid security and tender fee as described in the Bid Security Section of the Bidding Document, submitted either as a Pay Order or Bid Securing Declaration in the format prescribed. E-bidding documents are available at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bids prepared in accordance with e-Bidding document instructions must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, June 8, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained. Vendors not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.
