Description / Scope of Work
The Highway Division, Sargodha invites sealed tenders for maintenance and repair works comprising two distinct projects in District Sargodha, Punjab. The first project involves providing and fixing of safety signage boards including chevron boards, village boards, and school boards with complete G.I. sheet construction, vertical posts, digital lettering, lamination, and diamond grade tape installations valued at approximately Rs. 1.265 million with earnest money of Rs. 0.063 million. The second project concerns improvement of parapit works with pacca brick work in foundation and plinth using cement sand mortar, valued at approximately Rs. 1.287 million with earnest money of Rs. 0.064 million. Both projects have a completion time limit of one month and are technically sanctioned by the Highway Division, Sargodha.
Eligible contractors must possess valid trade licenses, NTN registration, and meet all criteria as per tender documents and procurement rules. Bids must include earnest money as specified, and contractors should have experience in similar road infrastructure and safety signage works. The work shall be completed strictly in accordance with the technically sanctioned scope and specifications; estimated quantities are for comparison purposes only and actual quantities may vary subject to engineering approval.
Detailed bid schedules containing specifications and rates are available in the tender documents. Tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with project reference numbers. Bid opening will be conducted as per schedule notified by the Highway Division. Bidders should contact the Executive Engineer, Highway Division, Sargodha for further clarification. Any items not mentioned in the bid schedule if executed shall be paid as per prevailing market rates. Unit rates shall prevail over extended totals in case of discrepancies.
