Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Eastern Zone, Capital Metropolitan Government Peshawar invites sealed electronic tenders for supply and erection of street light accessories and new installation at various neighbourhood councils of the Directorate of Eastern Zone CMG under the Peshawar Revitalization Plan for financial year 2025-26. The tender is issued under reference 494-98 E-Zone CMPG with a project value of PKR 300 million and estimated earnest money requirement of PKR 60 lakh. This infrastructure development project is focused on enhancing street lighting facilities across multiple locations within Peshawar city, KPK province.
Eligible contractors and firms must be registered with PEC holding relevant classification codes EL-04, EE-06, or EEI(vi), maintain active status with FBR, and be enlisted with the C&W Department and Local Council Board under the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders are required to submit tender fee of 0.03% of the engineer estimate as non-refundable call deposit in favor of the Director General CMG Peshawar. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost plus any additional security as per KPPRA rules must be provided. Technical and financial bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes through registered courier service to the Office of Directorate of Eastern Zone CMG, Bacha Khan Chowk Peshawar.
Bidding documents are available for download from the EPADS website at www.kp.eprocure.gov.pk. The last date and time for submission of electronic tenders is 8th June 2026 at 12:30 PM, with technical bid opening scheduled for 8th June 2026 at 2:00 PM. The pre-bid meeting will be held on 1st June 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Directorate office near Bacha Khan Chowk Peshawar.
