Description / Scope of Work
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology Board (KPITB), a government agency of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, invites sealed bids for the procurement of office furniture. This tender is open to reputed bidders registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments who maintain active status on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayers List (ATL) and are registered with KPRA. Bidders are required to submit bids electronically via the E-PADS portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk with a bid security equivalent to two percent of the total quoted price. Manual submission of bids will not be accepted under any circumstances. The procurement is being conducted by the Deputy Director Procurement office located in Peshawar.
Eligibility requirements mandate that all participating bidders must be registered with both Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and maintain active taxpayer status as verified by the Federal Board of Revenue. A bid security amount equivalent to two percent of the total quoted price must accompany all bid submissions. All required supporting documents must be scanned and uploaded to the E-PADS platform along with the bid and CDR (Calling Display Record) documentation. All bids prepared in accordance with the Standard Bidding Document instructions must be submitted electronically via E-PADS (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) by June 09, 2026 at 11:30 AM. The bid opening will occur on the same day at 12:00 PM electronically in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend at the KPITB offices in Peshawar.
