Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of 50 units of desktop computers under a national single-stage two-envelope bidding process. This tender is part of PCAA's planned procurement for the financial year 2025-26 and will be conducted using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The procuring agency, headquartered in Karachi, Sindh, seeks to supply desktop computers to support its operational requirements across its facilities. Bidders are required to register on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform on or before Monday, June 8, 2026 at 11:30 AM to participate in this electronic bidding process. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order as specified in the bidding documents, or alternatively, bidders may furnish a bid security declaration if not required by the procuring agency. The complete bidding documents, including detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and evaluation criteria, are available on the EPADS portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Prospective bidders should ensure they meet all eligibility requirements and provide necessary documentation for past experience and completed contracts. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at Monday, June 8, 2026 at 12:00 PM using the EPADS v2.0 system, and manual submissions will not be accepted.
