Description / Scope of Work
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Multan invites bids for the procurement of four main items under reference No.120/Store for the financial year 2025-2026. The procurement includes: supply of computer and bar code reader; supply of document scanner; supply of 10 kW inverter and battery; and procurement and installation of 133 CCTV IP cameras with allied material across 28 marking centers of BISE, Multan in Punjab. This tender is issued on 25 May 2026 and encompasses both supply and installation services as per detailed technical specifications provided in the bidding documents.
Bidders must be registered under the Sales Tax Act and Income Tax authorities with active tax payer status and good reputation. All firms must have at least three years of experience in the relevant field and must not have been blacklisted by any government, semi-government or autonomous body. Bid security of 5 percent of the estimated price must be submitted in the form of a bank guarantee or CDR from a scheduled bank before the tender closing date, either through courier or physically at the office of the Deputy Secretary (Store). The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance security of 10 percent of the total contract cost within seven days of receiving the award notification.

Bids must be submitted exclusively through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) by 16 June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the BISE Multan meeting room.
