Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development and Management Company (KPEZDMC) invites electronic bids for the procurement of two items under a single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). The procurement includes Lot 1: Audio Conferencing System and Lot 2: Photocopier Machine. The tender is open to eligible and registered bidders with FBR (Federal Board of Revenue) registration for both Income Tax and Sales Tax. This e-tender notice is issued with reference number WA-26-05-289 dated May 25, 2026, and is applicable in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The detailed specifications and bid terms for each lot are provided in the respective annexes (Annex-A for audio conferencing system and Annex-B for photocopier machine) available on the EPADS portal.
All prospective bidders must be registered on the EPADS platform at kp.eprocure.gov.pk to be eligible for participation. Bidders are required to submit a two percent bid security of the total quoted amount for each lot in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by a scheduled bank in favor of KPEZDMC. The scanned copy of the original bid security must be uploaded with the electronic bid submission on EPADS, while the original bid security document must be physically delivered in a sealed envelope to the KPEZDMC Head Office at Plot No. 23, Street No. 13, Sector E-8, Phase 7, Hayatabad, Peshawar, before the bid submission deadline. Failure to submit the original bid security within the prescribed deadline will result in automatic rejection of the bid under KPPRA Rules.
Electronic bids must be submitted via the EPADS portal on or before 02:00 PM on June 18, 2026. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances. Bidders must ensure proper pagination and sequencing of documents in accordance with the Bid Solicitation Documents (BSDs). Bid opening will occur electronically on the same day (June 18, 2026) at 02:30 PM in the presence of interested bidders or their authorized representatives at the KPEZDMC Head Office. KPEZDMC reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any stage of the procurement process as per prevailing KPPRA rules.
