Description / Scope of Work
The National Highways & Motorway Police (NHMP), Training College Sheikhupura invites bids for the outsourcing of janitorial services for a three-year contract period spanning 2025-2026 to 2027-2028. This non-consultancy procurement is for the provision of comprehensive cleaning and maintenance services at the NHMP Training College campus located in Kot Ranjit, Sheikhupura, Punjab. The tender follows a National Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding process and is open to qualified service providers capable of delivering professional janitorial services on a continuous basis throughout the contract period.
Bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria and be capable of providing reliable janitorial services. The procurement documents require submission of a Bid Securing Declaration and a Performance Guarantee Form. Prospective bidders must demonstrate past experience and completed contracts, financial capacity and net worth, and average annual turnover as outlined in the procurement forms.
