Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi invites sealed bids from original manufacturers and importers or sole agents of foreign principals for the supply of laboratory tests on reagent rental basis with placement of a fully automated coagulation analyzer for the financial year 2026-27 on framework contract basis, extendable for a further three years on yearly basis under the same terms and conditions. The contract covers supply of lab testing services with provision of automated coagulation analyzer equipment on free delivery to consignee basis at the hospital's location in Rawalpindi, Punjab. This is a significant procurement opportunity for qualified medical device suppliers operating in Pakistan.
Eligible bidders must be original manufacturers or, in case of imported goods, sole agents or importers in Pakistan possessing valid authorization from the foreign principal or manufacturer, supported by documentary proof of valid manufacturing license. Bidders must submit a copy of registration certificate and Memorandum of Association or Partnership deed registered with the Registrar of Companies in Pakistan. All bidders must provide a valid National ID card, company profile with engineering and managerial capability, acceptance of tender terms and conditions duly signed and stamped, and minimum three years of experience supplying similar items to government or autonomous institutions. Bid security of two percent of the estimated price must be submitted with the technical offer in the name of the Medical Superintendent. An affidavit on stamp paper of Rs. 100 confirming the firm has never been blacklisted by any procuring agency or PPRA Punjab is mandatory. Required documents include valid National Tax Number, General Sale Tax certificate, Income Tax certificate, Professional Tax certificate, bank statements or balance sheet of the last one year, and valid authorization letter with free sale certificate for medical devices.
Bidding documents are available for free download from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and http://eprocure.gov.pk. Interested bidders must upload e-technical and e-financial proposals through EPADs by 17 June 2026 at 10:00 AM, which is the deadline for submission. The e-tender bid will be opened on the same date at 10:30 AM. Bidding documents include instructions to bidders, general and special conditions of contract, schedule of requirements, technical specifications, contract form, manufacturer's authorization form, authorization letter from manufacturer or importer, performance guarantee form, bid form, and price schedule.
