Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Air Force (PAF) invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for the supply, purchase, repair and overhauling of various items at its base in Rawalpindi, Punjab. The procurement notice covers six main items: overhaul of emergency oxygen bottles for aircraft (03 units), procurement of life items for aircraft (03 units), procurement of radar kit items (38 units), supply of lifter equipment including digital X-ray machines (01 unit), supply of biophysic isophance insulin units and diacoxide capsules (03 units), and supply of glimepride tablets and diacoxide capsules (03 units). The tender reference numbers range from 415328/P-41 to 471453/P-47 with opening dates commencing from 23-06-26. The scope includes substantial medical and aircraft maintenance supplies with estimated values reaching into millions of Pakistani Rupees across multiple line items.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered or indexed with the Directorate of General Supplies and Services, or approved by relevant authority. Firms must demonstrate financial capability through a minimum of six months bank statements, proof of financial go-down and stockist credentials, and detailed manufacturing or OEM agreements. A treasury challan of Rs. 2,000 debatable to Main Head XLVII is mandatory. Past performance on previous defaulted contracts, late deliveries and late submissions will be critically evaluated as a bench mark for bid acceptance or rejection. All bidders must provide audited financial statements and comply with Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) specifications.

Sealed tenders must be submitted by the closing date of 17 June 2026. The tender opening ceremony will be conducted at PAF headquarters in Rawalpindi.
