Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC), Pakistan's leading integrated gas utility engaged in transmission and distribution of natural gas in Sindh and Balochistan, invites sealed bids for the procurement and installation of a Telecom System Satellite (Direct) Link for three natural gas installations on the Zarghon Pipeline near Quetta. This single-stage one-envelope bidding tender is issued under clause 36(a) of the PPRA Rules 2004 with tender enquiry number SSGC/SC/NR/EPADS/14330. The scope of work encompasses complete design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of satellite communication infrastructure for direct linking to the pipeline operations in the Balochistan region. The bid security required is a fixed amount of Rs. 25,000 in the form of a pay order or demand draft favoring Sui Southern Gas Company Limited.
Prospective bidders must be active in the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) and hold a valid Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) license in category C-6 or above with subcategory EE07, EE08, EE11(vi) and ME07. Bidders are required to submit all technical documentation, including original duly signed and stamped technical literature, along with their bids. All corrections, cutting, overwriting and amendments must be signed and stamped. The bid validity period is as specified in the tender terms and conditions, with delivery and completion timelines clearly defined in the tender document. Tender fees are free of charge (Rs. 0).
Bids must be submitted online through the EPADS (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) portal on or before 18-06-2026 at 1200 hours. Public opening of bids will occur on the same day at 1230 hours online on EPADS with provision for bidders and authorized representatives to attend in person. Bid documents are available for download on both the SSGC website (www.ssgc.com.pk) and the PPRA portal (www.ppra.org.net). All bids must be accompanied by the physical bid bond submitted to the SSGC Tender Room at Head Office before bid submission, with a scanned copy uploaded on EPADS. Interested bidders are encouraged to confirm their intention to submit bids by fax to the General Manager (Procurement) at fax number 99231583. Non-conforming bids or those submitted after the deadline will be rejected.
