Description / Scope of Work
National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) invites electronic bids for the procurement of three NGN Core Routers (Juniper MX-480) to be installed on a turnkey DDP site basis at NTC facilities in Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi. This is a significant infrastructure procurement under tender notice HQ/ADV-46/2025-26, managed through the Electronic Procurement Auction and Delivery System (EPADS). The project encompasses supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of advanced networking equipment at three major Pakistani cities to enhance NTC's core network capacity.
Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department of Pakistan and possess relevant experience in supplying similar telecommunications equipment. Eligible contractors and service providers are invited to submit electronic bids through the EPADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Bid security in the form of an earnest money deposit is required from all participating bidders. All bids must comply with commercial specifications and technical requirements as detailed in the bidding documents, which include the Bill of Quantity, Commercial Compliance Statement, and Performance Bond requirements.
Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 17 June 2026 at 1100 hours. Bid opening will take place on the same date at 1130 hours.
