Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids for the construction of a 24-inch diameter high pressure pipeline crossing through Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) at Jalalpur Pirwala in Punjab Province. A bid bond or earnest money and completion certificates for similar HDD projects executed during the last 10 years must be provided. Foreign contractors not registered with PEC and the Federal Board of Revenue must undertake to register before work commencement. The bidder must submit detailed HSE arrangements, an integrity pact, and an affidavit confirming the company is not blacklisted by any government or public sector organization in Pakistan.
