Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development & Management Company (KPEZDMC) invites sealed bids under a single-stage one-envelope competitive bidding procedure through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the construction of a dormitory building at Rashakai Special Economic Zone in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The project cost is estimated at 93.885 million PKR on a bi-annual basis. This tender is issued under KPPRA regulations and is open to eligible contracting firms registered with KPRA and FBR with valid income tax and sales tax registrations and PEC registration of category D and above.
Bidders must have completed a minimum of one similar nature project involving construction of buildings with a documented cost of at least 93 million PKR previously. An affidavit or undertaking confirming the bidder has not been blacklisted by any organization in Pakistan is mandatory. Bid security of two percent must be submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by a scheduled bank in favor of KPEZDMC. The original CDR must be scanned and uploaded on EPADS and submitted in a sealed envelope to the KPEZDMC Head Office at Plot No. 23, Street No. 13, Sector E-8, Phase 7, Hayatabad, Peshawar before the bid submission deadline. Joint ventures and consortiums are not permitted to apply.
All bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) by June 16, 2026 at 2:30 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same date at 3:00 PM. Detailed terms, conditions, specifications and bid solicitation documents are available on the EPADS portal. KPEZDMC reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any stage.
