Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, a Gas Transmission and Distribution Company, invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, dealers, and stockists for the supply of miscellaneous sleeving material store stock. The tender enquiry is referenced as FCS/MDK/TE/026/2026 with a closing date of 12 June 2026. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, possess a valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificate for 2025-26, and be listed on the Active Taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue. The procurement office is located at SNGPL Tarap Camp, 04 km Multan Khurd, Dhok Talli, Tehsil Talagang, in Punjab. Eligible bidders must submit tender download and printing charges of Rs. 1,000 in cash, cheque, or pay order, along with a bid bond in the form of a bank draft, pay order, or bond issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan. The bid bond must be submitted in a sealed envelope and failure to include it will result in disqualification. Bid documents containing detailed terms and conditions, technical specifications, price sheets, performance bond formats, and questionnaires are available on the PPRA website (EPAD) and SNGPL's official website. Bidders must prepare tenders in duplicate in sealed envelopes marked confidential and submit them to the Procurement Department by 15:00 hours on 12 June 2026. Tender opening will occur publicly on the same day at 15:30 hours at the procurement office. Offers must remain valid for 60 days from the tender closing date and include all taxes and duties in Pakistani rupees. Only authorized representatives bearing a proper authority letter may attend the public opening. Payment will be made within 30 days of goods receipt, with SNGPL deducting 1 percent withholding tax as per the Sales Tax special procedure rules.
