Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), a major gas utility company in Pakistan, is inviting sealed bids for the provision of janitorial and cleaning services at its Transmission Office headquarters located in Wah Cantt, Punjab. This tender enquiry, referenced as ADMIN:WAH-T: 4.16(J), seeks qualified service providers to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards across the organization's facilities. The scope encompasses comprehensive janitorial operations including daily cleaning, waste management, and maintenance of office premises to ensure a professional working environment. Both technical and financial bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked as "CONFIDENTIAL" and "TENDER FOR PROVISION OF JANITORIAL SERVICES" respectively, in an outer sealed envelope, to the Deputy Chief Officer Administration at SNGPL Transmission Office, Gudwal Link Road, Wah Cantt, by 10:30 hours on or before 21.05.2026. Bidders are responsible for timely delivery; late submissions will not be entertained. Technical evaluation will be conducted first, followed by financial bid opening for qualified firms.
