Description / Scope of Work
The Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) invites bids for the procurement of training material for the Building Painter Trade at Govt. College of Technology Bhakkar in Punjab. This single stage one envelope tender has an estimated amount of PKR 1,434,000 and covers the supply of equipment and materials required for vocational training in the building painter trade. The project is located in Bhakkar, Punjab, and aims to support skills development and technical education in the construction sector through provision of quality training resources.
Bidders must be active taxpayers registered with both the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments to participate in this national competitive bidding process. A bid security (earnest money) of PKR 71,700 is required, which must be submitted as a CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft in favor of the Principal, Govt. College of Technology Bhakkar, before the bid opening. The tender will be evaluated using the Accumulative Cost Basis Least Cost Method, where only the total cumulative rates for the entire tender are considered to determine the lowest evaluated bidder.
Bidding documents are available for free download from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by 11:00 AM on 10 June 2026, and bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM. Bidders must include their Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates and all required supporting documents with their submissions.
