Sealed tenders are invited from pre-qualified firms for the provision of Hospital Diets and Extras for the Quarter Ending September 2026 at Headquarters Gujranwala Logistic Area in Gujranwala, Punjab. The tender is being conducted by the Deputy Director Supplies and Transport, with tender opening scheduled for 10 June 2026 at 1100 hours. The rates quoted will remain valid for three months from the date of tender opening. This procurement addresses the supply of hospital dietary provisions and supplementary items required for the logistic area's operations during the third quarter of 2026.
Eligible bidders must be pre-qualified firms capable of supplying hospital diets and extras. Each bidding firm is required to provide one sample for each item being tendered. Bid security in the form of Earnest Money amounting to 5 percent of the quoted value must be submitted, with a maximum limit of Ten lac rupees (PKR 1,000,000). The bid security must be deposited as a Cash Deposit Receipt (CDR) and submitted along with the quotation. Failure to provide the required sample and bid security will result in automatic rejection of the quotation.
Bidding documents can be collected from the office of the Deputy Director Supplies and Transport at Headquarters Gujranwala Logistic Area, Gujranwala Cantonment, between 0900 hours and 1500 hours on any working day, with separate collection for each item. All quotations must be received by the Supply and Transport Branch at Headquarters Gujranwala Logistic Area no later than 1000 hours on 09 June 2026. Tenders will be opened at 1100 hours on 10 June 2026. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all tendered documents on technical or other grounds.
