Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee Muridke invites quotations for arrangements related to the Muharram-ul-Haram 2026 procession in Muridke, Punjab. The procurement covers a comprehensive range of services and equipment required for organizing the religious procession, including audio and lighting arrangements, generator provisions, vehicle transportation, and related infrastructure management. The estimated budget for this single-item tender is PKR 30,000,000. This is a Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure (SSSE) tender issued under the Punjab Procurement Authority Act 2009 and Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
The invitation is open to all suppliers including associations of firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order suppliers, and joint ventures that are duly registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax authorities. Bidders must not be associated with any consultancy firm engaged by the Procuring Agency for preparation of design specifications or tender documents. A 2% earnest money deposit based on the estimated tender value must be submitted with each quotation; bids without this deposit shall not be accepted.
Quotations must be received by the Municipal Committee Muridke office during official business hours on or before 10:30 AM on June 11, 2026. All bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Further details regarding bid documents, submission procedures, and tender conditions are available from the Municipal Committee Muridke office during office hours. Bids submitted without meeting the specified requirements shall be rejected.
