Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Building Department invites bids for the construction of FCC (Fire Control Center) Building and Wall at Rescue Station Chanagali, Mianwali, under tender reference IPL-5323. This project encompasses civil works including structural construction, interior finishing, and related architectural elements at the specified location in Punjab province. The estimated project value is Rs. 11,187.54 lakh, with tender money set at Rs. 2,968.04. This procurement is conducted under the PPRA (Public Procurement Regulatory Authority) E-Tendering System in accordance with PPRA Rules and applicable building codes and standards.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk) and hold valid Category/Codes as prescribed by the authority. Contractors are required to obtain and upload a certified copy of CDR (Caution Deposit Receipt) at 5 percent of the bid amount in the name of the Executive Engineer, Building Division No. 1, Rawalpindi. All bidders must submit original CDR to the Tender Opening Committee on the same day, no later than half an hour before bid opening. Bid security shall be provided as per PPRA rules, and contractors must possess necessary technical qualifications and experience in similar civil construction projects.
