Description / Scope of Work
Power Planning and Monitoring Company (PVT) Limited invites online bids through EPADS for the procurement of 30 high-end business series laptops. This tender, referenced as PPMC/2026/04, is open to potential dealing firms and will be conducted under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. The bidding process is administered from the company's office in Islamabad, Federal Pakistan, with bids to be submitted electronically on or before 10 June 2026 at 11:00 a.m. through the EPADS portal. Manual submission of bids outside the electronic system will not be accepted. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. at the PPMC Conference Room, Office No. 112, First Floor, Evacuee Trust Complex, Agha Khan Road, F-5/1, Islamabad. The financial bid opening date will be communicated after technical evaluation is completed.
Bidders must meet eligibility requirements and provide a bid security instrument amounting to Rs. 400,000 (Four hundred thousand) in favor of Power Planning and Monitoring Company. The original bid security must be submitted to the PPMC office before the bid closing time, though a scanned copy should be uploaded with bid documents on EPADS. Interested firms are required to examine the bidding document carefully, including all instructions, forms, terms, and technical specifications for the high-end business series laptops. Failure to furnish all required information or submission of a bid not substantially responsive to the bidding document will result in bid rejection.
