Description / Scope of Work
The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), under the Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, invites electronic bids from eligible bidders registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for the procurement of all in one computers. This tender is issued as Tender No. NADRA-HQ-RFB-71/2026 and represents a significant IT infrastructure upgrade for NADRA's operations in Islamabad, the federal capital. The procurement encompasses complete all in one computer systems meeting specified technical requirements and performance standards as detailed in the tender documents available on the EPADS portal.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue as active taxpayers on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) and possess valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration. Bidders are required to submit bid security in the form of an original hard copy as per the tender specifications. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, with all electronic bids to be submitted through the EPADS platform at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Bid security documents must be physically submitted alongside electronic submissions to ensure compliance with procurement regulations.
Electronic bids must be submitted on or before 11th June 2026 at 11:00 am through EPADS, with manual bids not accepted under any circumstances. Hard copies of bid security in original form must be submitted by 11th June 2026 at 11:00 am, with no late submissions accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am. NADRA reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 33 of PPRA 2004. Bidders are solely responsible for timely submission and should observe strict adherence to all timelines.
