Description / Scope of Work
Sindh Economic Zones Management Company (SEZMC) invites bids from professional and eligible contractors and firms for building maintenance and branding works at the Administration Building and Boundary Wall of Khairpur Special Economic Zone in Sindh. The procurement is conducted under Sindh Public Procurement (SPP) Rules 2010 following a single stage-one envelope procedure. The contract period is forty-five days commencing from June 2026. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) on the active taxpayers list and hold valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for maintenance and branding works. The tender reference number is CTO/SEZMC/KSEZ/O&M/2022-23/158.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the particular category and discipline, registered with relevant tax authorities including income tax, sales tax, and SRB where applicable, and registered with the E-PAK ACQUISITION & DISPOSAL SYSTEM (EPADS). Bid security of 1% in the form of a pay order must be submitted to the SEZMC office on or before 1100 hours on 15 June 2026. Each bidder may submit only one bid, either independently or as a partner in a joint venture. Bidders are responsible for all costs associated with bid preparation and site visits.
Bidding documents containing terms and conditions are available free of cost from www.sezmc.gos.pk and https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/ from 25 May 2026 at 10:00 pm. The last date for issuing tender documents is 15 June 2026 at 10:00 am. Online bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal by 11:00 am on 15 June 2026. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 noon.
