Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, a major gas utility in Pakistan, invites sealed bids for the supply of Transfer Prover Machines 23M and 102M under Tender Enquiry No. SND-2591/25. The equipment is required for delivery at the Stores facility in Lahore, Pakistan, in accordance with the specified delivery schedule outlined in the tender documents. This procurement is open to both foreign suppliers and local manufacturers, with bids evaluated on technical merit and financial competitiveness through a single stage two envelope bidding system.
Bidders must be registered with relevant regulatory authorities and possess valid tax registration certificates. A bid security (bid bond) in original form is mandatory as per the specimen provided in Annexure-II of the tender documents. Bid documents are available from the office of the General Manager (Procurement) at Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, Gas House, 1st Floor, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore, Pakistan. Original and two copies of both technical and financial proposals must be sealed in a single package marked confidential and submitted by 31 December 2025 at 1430 hours. Bids will be publicly opened on the same date at 1500 hours at the above address.
