Description / Scope of Work
Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed bids for bulk procurement of laboratory tests on a reagent rental basis with placement of a fully automated coagulation analyzer for the financial year 2026-27. The tender reference is PC/P/HFH/15 and is open to registered bidders, manufacturers, sole agents, and sole importers of foreign principals listed on the Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (PADS) with relevant registration and tax clearance. This is a single-stage two-envelope bidding process for the supply and maintenance of laboratory testing equipment and reagents at Holy Family Hospital located in Rawalpindi.
Bidders must be registered on PADS and possess relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Department clearances. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost of quoted item(s) is required, which may be submitted as a CDR, demand draft, pay order, or banker's cheque. The bid validity period is 180 days from the opening date. Hard copies of e-bids are not required, and the procuring agency will not be responsible for any technical errors or internet failures related to bid submission.
Bidding documents in English are available for download from the PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and from PADS at https://punjab.eproc.gov.pk. E-bids must be submitted online on or before 17 June 2026 at 10:00 AM on the PADS portal. The bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidder representatives.
