Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Financial Advisory Services (PFAS), a newly established entity under the Finance Department of the Government of Punjab, invites LOT wise bids for the provision of IT equipment. This procurement is divided into five lots covering laptops and monitors, printers, TV screens and interactive screens, scanners, and A/V meeting conferencing systems. The estimated total cost of this procurement is PKR 41,960,000 inclusive of all applicable taxes, with the work to be carried out in Lahore, Punjab. PFAS supports public sector institutions through technical assistance, policy advice, and institutional strengthening initiatives, and requires modern IT infrastructure to deliver these services effectively.
Bidders must be registered on EPADS and with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities. Partial bidding for items within a lot is not permitted, though single bidders may participate in multiple lots by submitting individual bids and bid security for each lot. Bid security shall be in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Banker's Cheque valid for a minimum of six months, issued from a scheduled bank in favor of Punjab Financial Advisory Services Fund. Bid security amounts range from PKR 36,000 for the A/V Meeting Conferencing System lot to PKR 261,000 for the Laptops and Monitors lot.
Bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 10th June 2026 till 11:00 AM, with late bids being rejected. Original bid security instruments must be submitted before the bid submission deadline to the PFAS office. Bidding documents are available on EPADS at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk, the PPRA website at https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk, and PFAS website at https://pfas.com.pk/. Bids will be opened through EPADS on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives. The complete procurement process shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
