Description / Scope of Work
UNDP Pakistan invites quotations for the supply of IT equipment, specifically laptops, for UN-HABITAT under the Long-Term Agreement Reference GP500454-2. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) seeks qualified suppliers to provide laptop equipment as per the detailed specifications and Bill of Quantities outlined in Annex 1 of the RFQ. The procurement is managed through UNDP's Quantum supplier portal system and is open to registered suppliers meeting UNDP standards. The scope of work includes delivery of the specified IT equipment to support UN-HABITAT operations in Pakistan.
Interested suppliers must be registered in the UNDP Quantum supplier portal system before submitting bids. Bidders should possess relevant experience in supplying IT equipment and must comply with UNDP procurement policies and guidelines. All quotations must be submitted using the standardised Quotation Submission Form (Annex 2) and Technical and Financial Offer format (Annex 3) as provided in the RFQ documentation. Suppliers should carefully review the Schedule of Requirements and ensure their offers meet all specified technical and commercial requirements.
Bid submission is exclusively through the UNDP Quantum portal at http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org. Quotations must be submitted by 8th June 2026 at 03:00 PM Pakistan Time. Unregistered suppliers may register using the link provided in the procurement notice and following instructions on the UNDP website at https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders.
