Description / Scope of Work
The Water and Sanitation Agency, Chiniot invites electronic bids from registered firms and companies for the improvement of the sewerage system in Mohallah Usmanabad, Mouzzam Shah, Pami Road, Maskeen Pura and allied abadies in Chiniot, Punjab. The project has an estimated cost of 23,364,000 Pakistani Rupees and is being procured through a single stage single envelope bidding procedure via the e-Procurement system. This infrastructure development project aims to enhance sanitation facilities and sewerage networks across multiple residential areas in Chiniot city.
Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities including the Pakistan Engineering Council, Income Tax Department, Sales Tax Authority and Punjab Sales Tax Department. All e-bids must be accompanied by a bid security equal to the estimated price, to be submitted in the form of a crossed demand draft, bank guarantee, or pay order made in the name of the Director Finance, Water and Sanitation Agency, Chiniot. Eligible bidders engaged in construction and civil works trading are required to furnish all mandatory documentation as per procurement regulations.
Bidding documents are available for download from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Complete e-bids must be submitted online through the e-Procurement Advance Development System at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by 10 June 2026 at 12:00 PM. The bid opening will take place on the same day at 1:00 PM. Original bid security instruments must be physically submitted to the Tender Opening Committee at the Office of the Managing Director WASA Chiniot, Faisalabad-Sargodha Road, Chiniot City Town before the submission deadline.
