Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Sheikhupura invites electronic bids for the purchase of furniture items for the financial year 2025-26. This tender (Tender No. 04/2025-26) is issued by the judicial authority in Sheikhupura, Punjab, to procure furniture required for the courts and administrative offices. The procurement scope covers furniture items as per the standard specifications and requirements detailed in the tender document. The delivery period is within 45 days or as mentioned on the supply order, with delivery to be made at the Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Sheikhupura or as per directions. Delivery should be safe and sound at the bidder's end.
Prospective bidders must submit their bids in accordance with the general and special instructions provided in the tender document. Bidders are required to provide a General Information Form (Annex-A), a certificate (Annex-B), and an affidavit (Annex-C) as part of their bid submission. Technical evaluation will be conducted based on the criteria outlined in Annex-D, and financial proposals will be evaluated as per Annex-E. All eligible vendors must comply with the standard specifications for furniture items (Lot-1) and meet the contractual terms and conditions specified in Annex-F.
E-bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM on 09.06.2026, with opening scheduled for 11:00 AM on the same date at the Chamber of the Chairman Purchase Committee, Sessions Court, Sheikhupura. Bid documents are available from the Accounts Branch, Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Sheikhupura. Payment will be made through cheque or bank draft during the current financial year 2025-26.
